Merge pull request #64 from ABISprotocol/patch-1
Done, with some edits. I've updated the code to reflect your proposal. Summary of the changes: 1. An individual can determine how much the charity output will be (in **Satoshis**) 2. The preselected list stays the same, happy to add more on. 3. I've added a 'Custom' field where you can add a new address. For #3, strictly speaking this could be done using a regular multi-output transaction, but this makes a point of emphasizing the background nature of the donation as you wrote. Let me know what you think!
